The Breakthrough transformative coaching approach/model is particularly effective as it is based on Neuroscience (or “Brain science”) and human Behaviour and Habit formation science.
Our brains are wired to avoid or resist change and we create our life based on thoughts, emotions and beliefs that may prevent us from opening to new possibilities and reaching our goals. The emotional response of our brain influences not only how we think and feel but also our motivation and ultimately how we act (behaviors).
By applying Neuroscience knowledge and principles, we can help you to have more choices and make the behavioural change needed to live your life to the fullest.
